Caller ID application
 

Hi people,
This is pretty new stuff for me. I want to make a caller id application where the app shows who the caller is if the number is not stored in phone book.
I have all the web-api to a working service and just need to implement these in my C project.

1. How can my application react on incoming call and fetch the incoming phone number?

2. How do I send the request to a server to get an XML data back?

I have created a hildon_new_dialog where I wanted to present the info when a incoming call gets in.

Is there someone who can help me with this? It would be really nice to have this app on the maemo device. I have legit access to working web APIs for doing this (world wide almost)
