ctrl atl del for n900 / maemo 5
Hey guys,
I searched and was unable to find a program / option to show all running processes. I loaded "Theramin" and it crashed but kept running in the background -- I know this, thanks to Conky! How can I KILL a process? |
Re: ctrl atl del for n900 / maemo 5
it's linux, not windows... you can drop into a shell and use various commands to show processes and kill them.

Re: ctrl atl del for n900 / maemo 5
Open X-Term
Type ps -a then kill XXXX Don't break anything. |
Re: ctrl atl del for n900 / maemo 5
damn ... isn't there an app for that??
just kidding! but, seriously... |
Re: ctrl atl del for n900 / maemo 5
you could always press the power button and choose "end current task" ...

This may work for you as well. ctrl-backspace on the keyboard pulls up the task switcher screen. from there you can click the X in the corner of an app that's misbehavimg.
