I'm pretty new with all this maemo stuff....and no offense here....but....are you really asking that in a serious way? As in, do you really want to ask if there is such a thing as a program that will allow you to play ps3 games on a phone?

you'd need a very very very powerful pc. even the ps2 emulators run slow on some new computers. the ps3 uses a very unique cpu which is sorta like having 8 processers that can be used for seperate things.

short answer is no.
