Google Services on N800?
 

Can anyone confirm that all of these services work - uncompromised (looking at you gmail) on the N800?

Gmail
Google Maps
Google Homepage
Google Reader
Google Bookmarks
Google Notebook

Dare I say...
Google Docs & Spreadsheets?

No Google docs & spreads or calendar for the N800. ;-( That would be great!

There is Google maps, gmail, Google News.

Google Reader doesn't work on the n800, unless you want to use the very poor mobile version. I have an AJAX front end for Google Reader that works really well on the 770 and the n800 at ReaderMini.com.

Wow - that's awsome. It's good to see support from a community like that. What about Google notebook and google calendar? I've heard that Google Calendar doesn't let you in because it's Opera, and Google doesn't recognize Opera. But on the desktop client of Opera, Google warns you but lets you continue anyway - where everything works fine. Does it function this way on the N800?

I would be eternally greatful if someone could post screenshots of the Google services - it would seriously impact my decision to buy one.

Google Docs and Spreadsheets does not work with Opera.

Yeah - that's too bad, but I'm not too concerned with those since I don't really use them. I'm more concerned with:

Homepage (essential that this works - 80% of my time online is spent on this page (checking calendar, todo, reader module, etc.)

bookmarks and notebook (I don't see why these shouldn't work)

maps and gmail (these are known to work

reader (readermini.com is great, or the moble version works in a pinch)

calendar (there doesn't seem to be a definate answer on this one - I know I can push through in Opera on the Mac, and it works fine afterwards. I wonder if this behaviour is the same on the N800)

Minimo will work with google docs and spreadsheets, if you really need it in a pinch.
