Opera plug-ins?
 

Opera is so good, but I miss all my Firefox plug-ins. In particular, ad-blocking and BugMeNot would rock.

As would tabs, if there was some way to do that.

Are there any plug-ins available for this version of Opera? TIA

This still leaves the question of plug-ins, though.

Opera supposedly supports Netscape plugins; seems like maybe some have been re-compiled?

Indeed. I have searched for some myself, and come up emptyhanded (emptyhanded meaning the few I have found seem useless). It supposedly (8.5) supports the netscape plugin API. The Opera page I found mentioned an SDK but provided no links.

BTW you could also use privoxy running on the tablet to filter ads (search for it). Point opera to that as your proxy server.

I found one spam filter plugin but it has no updates for < Opera 9 and v9 is 'recommended'. :-/
