glucose levels control app?

I was hoping there might be an app somewhere designed to input/monitor/control glucose levels for diabetics. Anyone know of such an app and if it is possible to port to the n900?

I apologise in advance for not being able to contribute coding-wise as I'm a complete ignoramus as far as sowftware writing is concerned.
