Should does not mean *will* ;) |
Re: KDE-PIM will run on Maemo
AFAIU this "should" remark was more about separate GUI for Maemo. It is possible but require coders. Theoretically it is possible to do it fast - there is proof of concept mail client in proverbial "10 lines of code" (OK, bit more ;) ) but polished, finished product will require much more work.
I wonder who gave money KDAB and Intevation. If it was Nokia author would mention only Maemo or Maemo and Symbian but explicitly Maemo and Windows Mobile? Interesting. |

Re: KDE-PIM will run on Maemo
Has someone managed to install the new kdepim applications? The readme can be found here:
http://files.kolab.org/local/maemo/README.html But the package repositories seems to be broken: "kparted" can't be installed. Is this a general problem? |

Same issue. All the libsoprano files have a "Size mismatch" problem.
