Dropped phone and recieved message saying that memory was read only
 

I dropped the N900 last week and received a message on the screen saying the phone memory has been turned to read only until I connect it to PC Suite. I've now connected it to pc suite but not had any feedback from the device and still can't write onto the phone memory. The memory card can still be written to.

It happened at night and i needed to use the phone so had to dismiss the message without noting down the exact wording.

Unable to find anything on these forums or google, but figured this must have happened to others?

Installed the updated and the phone memory is still read only... Doesn't appear to be any missing files or data corruption so not sure why it can't come out of read only.
