Might be time to separate the forums...
 

I think it might be time to separate the forum by hardware, same website of course. Most people have been pretty good putting N800 in the subject line, but I'm noticing that isn't always the case and I click into post thinking is referencing the 770 when it's not. It's probably better to do it now before the N800 starts ramping up with new users.

While doesn't need as many categories, maybe doing something similar to:

The differences are pretty marginal - once the hue and cry about the N800 has subsided and we're down to the usual number of postings per day, the number of postings outside the already existing OS revision specific forums which aren't applicable to both devices, or at any rate of interest to the majority of users of either, will presumably drop to a reasonably low level.

I'd suggest that we better wait until the forums are back to normal before we consider a split...

There is already an OS2007 sub-forum, I'm not sure we need dedicated hardware (770/N800) sub-forums just yet - as sevo said, let's review the situation in the future.
