What is your question?

You're not really supposed to run armel binaries in sbox, you know.

Re: WHY NOT DISPLAY THE Xephyr WHEN RUN IN sbox-ARM

The Arm part is mainly used to compile/package/etc.
It doesn't run correctly and I don't think it ever has.

the x86 is the one people generally use to test applications.

Re: WHY NOT DISPLAY THE Xephyr WHEN RUN IN sbox-ARM

now i developed a application by qt
i can run it in x86
but cannot in armel
so i want to ask
if an application can run in emulator of X-86
does it port into N900 and how to do it?

Re: WHY NOT DISPLAY THE Xephyr WHEN RUN IN sbox-ARM

I'd suspect most people would test build/package their program in x86 mode see how it works and if if that works, build/package the program in armel.

I'm not a developer so I don't really know :p

X86 mode just use for build and test you app in emulator, the ARM mode is used to build you app which run in really device, like N900. you should sent you arm app to really device if you want see result of really device. if i remember corredtly, a thread of maemo.org mention some information for how about debug on device. maybe you could seach.
