suggestions to maemo team
 

Could you please advice how can I give suggestions to the team that develops meamo

when I click the link "Report bugs & suggest features" on this site the only possibility I have is to report a bug but not suggest feature

ps. does anybody know if language specific symbols (Polish, German etc) will be reachable through pressing some function key and a dedicated letter (like in N97) ?... cos in N900 writing in a language that requires specific (non english) letters is a disaster when you have to do it through on-scren list of symbols

You'll want http://maemo.org/community/brainstorm for that.

Make sure your idea isn't submitted yet before making a new brainstorm.

You can submit a bug and mark it as severity: enhancement.

However, discuss it first, there's a brainstorm forum for such requests. Bugs are for no-brainer enhancements only.

You can have diacritics by going to the symbol screen and typing (say) ~ and then typing "a" which will give you the a with a tilde on top: ă (or something)
