Looking for a Developer Mentor - I have a widget idea
 

Hi There,

I have a widget idea. I'd like to have a widget that shows me the next train available on my local regional rail. Of course I can log in to my transit authority's website and check the next train - but it would be handy to have a widget, much like a weather widget, that I can just glance at.

The functionality would be:

Show next 2 trains from my home station to the city and vice versa (for when I'm in the city and want to get home).

Update regularly


SO - ok - I have zero development experience. I'd love to learn how to build this simple widget. Would anyone care to mentor me?
