Show support for BBC iPlayer
 

Hi,

I've started a thread at the BBC in an attempt to get them to create an app for N900, please comment and hopefully we'll see a dedicated app.

When/if Flash 10.1 comes with accelerated video*, this won't be necessary at all.

The iplayer application for the N96 specifically disabled the TV out so you couldn't watch it on a tv - only within the phone. I was told this due to rights holders issues. See here

I think your request is likely to achieve the opposite of what you desire unless the beeb have changed their policy.
