Were can I download P2P app to use torrents in my N900?
Were can I download any program like stylus to have handwritting recognition for N900.

You can download the "Transmission" application from the Extras repository to manage torrent downloads.

I currently don't know of any handwriting recognition for the N900. Maybe somebody is working on such a thing, but nothing has been announced so far, AFAIK.

It was removed from the QA queue (at my request) so I have no idea why it is still in the extras-testing repository itself.
