annoying blue icons on n900 !
 

i tried to download some app on my n900 like tunewiki smp and Fring(extra devel), they work but the annoyin part is that how come an app from Ovi store (tunewiki smp) doesnt have an icon? and also fring, some of the app also doesnt have an icon they only show a blue square and its annoyin when u wanna put them on the desktop :\

their should be an app to set custom icons for each app in the system

i tried other app it seems all the app im gettin are blue icons, how can i fix this problem :( ?

Try a reboot first off. That should load the icon if it is there. :)

yea it worked, 10x, but its still annoyin rebooting to get the icons back and now i have to deal with the play button of the media player -_-

You don't always. Just occasionally things need to straighten out. I think of all the apps I've instaled, I've had to do it about twice.

It's pretty good practice though. Used to be SOP with windows. Let your device start from fresh with the new software installed. Personally I reboot when I install from Testing or Devel, just to allow My Mo to settle.

Is it too much to ask?
