Trouble with proximity sensor and screen

Hello,
i have some Problem with proximity sensor, when i receive a call, or if i am calling someone, the Screen turns immediately off, i found out that this could be a sensor issue. i tried this:

Code:

watch -n 1 cat /sys/devices/platform/gpio-switch/proximity/state
the state is always at close, when im closing the sensor with a finger nothing happens, if try it some more time it may go to open state. Than it turns immediately back to close state or it stay some time in the open state.

I have this phone for second day, i didn't install anything from extra repository, i just made an sytsem update with wlan

i just fixed the problem =), it was the screen protector, its has perhaps some reflecting effect on the sensor... this screen protector should be 99% transparent...

I am having the same problem (and it's not the screen protector since I haven't one).

When I'm on a call, and need to hang up the second I watch the screen to press the END CALL, the screen turns off, I always need to "unlock" it to hang up. It's getting pretty annoying.

Is there a solution for that?

(I have the latest firmwire).
