You'll need to talk to VMware about that - it's a closed-source commercial application, so it's highly unlikely anyone here will be involved at all.

VMWare once demoed virtualization running on the N810, but they never released anything. They may have something working internally, but this might just be some R&D project.

There's probably another way to do what you need to do (dosbox, vnc, etc). Can you let us know what you want to achieve?

I would assume something like qemu or virtualbox might work?

At the least things like linux-vserver/openvz could get working I think.

This appears to be the final version of what they were demoing last year, but although VMWare is generally pretty friendly with free/non-commercial/academic licenses, this one isn't that sort, presumably due to their target market. As much as it would be awesome to hack a few OSes virtualized onto your N900, that's not really where they're going - or at least, not who they're selling it to. As you can read at that link, the intended uses seem to be things like sandboxing of system components and/or evil DRM lockouts, as well as the potential ability to have a locked-down "work OS" running alongside a "personal OS". The idea behind that is that employees could use a phone of their choice, while their employers could still maintain control over their work-related activities, as well as reducing administration and tech-support overhead.
So yeah... you're not going to be able to just hack it into your phone, unfortunately. Or maybe you could, if you had the money to license it from them, but given the intended use, my guess is that you don't. :(
