Help me to downgrade to try out bluetooth hid!
 

Purty please?

I tried to downgrade to 42-11 last night; my SIM card would not work and the maemo repos failed their hash check... eMMC and PR1.1 reflash later and I am back to where I started.

I'd like to try this again as I want to pair my bluetooth keyboard with my n900, or at least attempt to and try to provide logs in the process.

My plan tonight is:

1. Downgrade again (disabling sim and repos)
2. Download rootsh directly from this site and do the necessary steps to try to get the BT keyboard to work
3. Proceed to upgrade to PR1.1 via SSU
4. Redo any undone changes by the update

I don't want to go through all of this if someone can spot a flaw in the plan or it is pointless... Does this look like a stupid plan to anyone here?

with no real knowledge, I'd go with similar plan myself.
