Does anyone know how can i tranfer the video which is stored in "Media Player" (of N900 ) section to my PC.

I can send small videos by using bluetooth or OVI service but big ones cannot.

Sure, use the usb cable that got shipped with it. It should see your phone as a mass-storage device.
