2008He Application manager updates on every app details opened

Any chance to remove this bug as opening selected app details
is not OK for installation, so nothing changed and no need for any app update of installable apps.

Trying to learn details of 10+ app takes hours waiting for every update.

Just disable update if Install Details / Cancel selected.

btw
No need for any update as selecting Install OK
sets bar index to next app, so no risk to install the same app twice.

But updating installable apps on every Install Details read
doesn't make any sense at all.
It's time-waster.
