Porting an app over isnt easy. Going from Windows to Linux takes time. Going from Linux to Maemo takes a bit effort also.

That's all assuming you have the source code. Which isnt what you posted. You posted a binary. Which is useless to most.

Furthermore, there are a couple actual opensource available for linux psp emulators.

Not going to happen. Also, it's one thing to emulate consoles and games no longer physically available, but quite another when the console is still available and active.
