Pretty cool...

can't seem to find out anymore about it though, if you go to the address listed at the end of vid (www.weatherbug.com/mobile) the N900 isn't listed...seems it's not yet available.
The link has to be visited via the N900 |
Re: Weatherbug for N900, looks good!
What's the difference in visiting the site from a PC or from the N900?
Still no d/l link |

Define different.
Besides that "difference" is there a d/l link? |
Re: Weatherbug for N900, looks good!
The website looks the exact same to me, too.

Re: Weatherbug for N900, looks good!
well...if i click www.weatherbug.com/mobile i get redirected to
http://weather.weatherbug.co.uk/?zco...untry_name=USA but on the N900 it stays on www.weatherbug.com/mobile and shows pics of phones that it's available on... but not the N900. yes, still no download link but on the N900 i assume that one would see the link should it arrive |
Re: Weatherbug for N900, looks good!
I'm wondering a bit about this application.
I downloaded the Linux desktop version, and it's a Java application (that didn't run though, because it depends on a specific version of some other library). Are all their versions based on Java? No wonder there's no N900 version to download then.. what's in that YouTube video could be some internal test they did with a hacked-together java something. |
