GSM neighbouring cells (AT^SMOND)
 

Is there a possibility to access GSM radio part in more detailed level than just dbus example, which retrieves current cell information ?

I am after solution to obtain also neighbouring cells, just like AT command "AT^SMOND Cell Monitoring" is giving.
