a GUI compression and decompression application
 

can any developer out there port one of the 7zip app to Maemo 5? we need an easy way to unzipping and zipping our files the easy way instead of using tar -zxvc from terminal to do that.

i installed it but it doesn't show up in my application list nor find it. i meant GUI user friendly app for blind users

found it but it doesn't seem to let me extracting it. keep saying error....

Need more details to help..

actual copy/paste of the errors would be nice.

p7zip is fully Command Line based.. not GUI.

My-maemo has it in their repository, though.
