QT 4.6.2 released for Maemo5
 

Trolltech announced at MWC they have released a new version of qt for maemo
"Earlier today, we released Qt 4.6.2 for Maemo5 to coincide with the opening of Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Now I am pleased to announce that Qt 4.6.2 is also available for all of our other supported platforms." read more here

That'll be Nokia rather than Trolltech, as Trolltech doesn't really exist anymore. Hopefully this means a new firmware update is just around the corner.

I guess qt for maemo is optimized for small display and touch devices.
May it have sense to use it on other linux platforms as well (e.g. openmoko freerunner) ?
