N900 Meego vs Maemo 5
 

The N900 is realy the best phone for me but I heard about that a new user-inteface is comming. MeeGo ?? but what is with Maemo 5 and the N900? Does the MeeGo programms also work on the N900?

MeeGo isn't only a user interface; it's a new platform that's a merge between Moblin and Maemo.

As for MeeGo applications, as far as I know, they are supposed to be coded in Qt, so these apps should also work on the N900.

And waht is with Updates? Because i think after appearing the new devices Nokia is concentrating to develope MeeGo Updates instead of Maemo.
