Virtual keyboard decalibrated, focus lost - mechanical or software failure ?

Virtual keyboard decalibrated, focus lost - mechanical or software failure ?

Hi,
please test your virtual keyboard in maemo for calibration.
I perform touch screen calibration from time to time
and in the recent time noticed problems with virtual keyboard
getting decalibrated, loosing focus

When I select right part of a "space" bar focus goes to letters in 1st row
Space works ok if selected left part of "space" key .
For 1st row of letters (right part) selected are letters from 2nd row
and so on.

Calibrated screen again and no chance.

I noticed the problem running web browser , trying to enter new
web address using virtual keyboard

So clicking a space bar
got , . / ? selected
clicking . selected l
clicking . can select either l or ; ,
it depends if I click upper left or right

v b n, g h j ,
work ok

Decalibrating this part of the screen in virtual keyboard app
is really much worse than
viruses, trojans in Windows

Any idea, solution, hint ?

(don't move this question, as problem is general, not particular model specific )

Try change your region keyboard. Or may be try reflash the OS again. Hope this help.

thanks
the same problem for other region
and please don't ask me to reflash 2008He on 770 again.

I can live with it, some selecting letters from space bar ;)

It looks like a mechanical problem with a touch screen mechanics
as screen calibration test oked
