Amazon Video on Demand (Unbox)

I tried to use the Amazon "unbox video player" to transfer a copy of Reservoir Dogs to my phone, however, the player does not detect my device. This is all I see

According to this http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html?docId=1000038721 the N900 is compatible.
I have done the following with no success.
1. Followed all of Amazon's troubleshooting procedures http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/custom...deId=200010980
2. Tried to connect via PC suite and mass storage mode several different times before and after starting unbox with the Nokia usb cable
3. Uninstalled/reinstalled the unbox software
4. Contacted video on demand phone support (they say it's my phone)
5. Tried multiple computers, 2 on XP and one on vista
I'm out of ideas on how to get this player to detect my device, any suggestions are appreciated, thanks.

I would question whether or not it is compatible, since it seems to require "Plays For Sure" DRM.

I do question its compatibility, but they assured me the N900 was tested. Also, I don't think it requires it, they just state most of those devices will work - I'm assuming so that they don't need to test them all.

Re: Amazon Video on Demand (Unbox)

Amazon is offering free streaming to members of Amazon Prime. Chariots of Fire actually tried to load on my N900 after I set fhe fake flash plugin, to the highest setting but I gave up after about 15 minutes of watching the screen say loading.

It came up instantly on my almost ten year old Dell Latitude D400 running the latest Ubuntu.

Edit: It didn't help any to change the setting to low quality and try it on an episode of Mr Rogers... I also tried to test it with mvideo, but I'm not sure how to do that and it didn't work.
