Data Wipe
So I updated the phone using NSU, and it seems to have wiped everything EXCEPT my microb history and conversations messages. Music, files, and everything else seems to be gone as they are supposed to be. Is there any reason why those two bits of information survived the upgrade? I'm curious if there's a really good way to completely wipe the phone without having to use flasher, but I can't seem to find anything.

Re: Data Wipe
They are not stored at the same place as the rest of the firmware...
after a reflash, information on the emmc are not wiped by default. if you want to wipe the emmc information you'll have to flash the emmc separately. |
Re: Data Wipe
I knew that, but I had assumed they were stored along with music and photos which did get wiped. Oh well, not a big deal. Just confusing.

Re: Data Wipe
Not only do you have to flash, which is not a big deal, but you have to flash and then flash the eMMC.

Re: Data Wipe
NSU reflashes eMMC by default. I suggest that a bugreport should be done to make things easier to solve.
