Looks like new Ovi Suit might be released for N900. I am not sure just as just saw the video so thought of sharing with all.

We are talking about OVI suite, not OVI maps :)

It's a good point i didn't actually even think that the soft they used in the video might be OVI suite. Does it have any resembles to older OVI suites(i have owned many S60 devices but never used OVI suite ;)).

that resembles no ovi suite i've ever used, strange how ppl read different things into technology demos

Definitely it doesn't resembles any Ovi Suit - Current but you never know, may be it is a Beta or some other application or Demo but the concept seems to be good as Demo's only get structured as Beta and beta's as final product.

It will be good to have the Ovi Suit for N900

That demo was for the use of the fast wireless transfer, and the idea is that you place you phone on it IN STORE, and can buy music,movies, games and stuff! Don't think it's anything to do with Ovi Suite!

Yeah it definitively looks like something that will be in-stores, so you can buy anything and quickly transfer it to the N900.. Needless to say, having a thing like that would be really cool. Imagine to be able to sync(as in all or most content from your computer) stuff to your N900 fast. That would be awesome.
