Nokia's Response to USB issues
I am starting thios as a new thread to try and get quick numbers for Nokias response to USB port damage issues.
This is related to the following thread. http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=37107 As we are unable to change votes once entered I will edit this post, to include changes as people post stories of there continuing contact with Nokia. It will not be elegant but we should start to see some numbers. |

BTW I am curious to know did nokia fixed that ? how is it on new devices ? |

nokia shmokia .. i epoxied mine on the first day of ownership all by myself although i had a hell of time re-assembling the unit back and had to have someone help me out.

My USB port has broken off inside, and is wiggling/dangling in and out of my phone.
I can no longer charge my phone, I can't even connect it to my PC to backup my phone either. It's my birthday today, what a day for a brand new phone to break on. Not at all impressed. |

sent my n900 back to nokia after port came out waiting for thier response with fingers crossed :confused:

This should not happen. what are we paying your testing department for nokia???????? ever since my n73 your phones have been crap build quality. crappp.
