Skype plugin for pidgin?
 

Is there one? If so, where can it be found? I have searched here and googled for quite a while, but no joy? It is referenced in an old thread but appears to be a mistake. Thanks.

Afaik, pidgin doesn't support skype...

And.. Skype is already built-in in the N900...

the only problem with the integrated Skype is its very limited in features, I can't see who I have blocked or unblocked in my contacts list

skype in n900 is using telepathy. so if you have telepathy support in pidgin, you can use also skype on n900. AFAK pidgin already have telepathy support, but I do not know if also version in maemo extras repository. Please note that skype telepathy which is in n900 can be used only in n900, so it is not possible to copy it from n900 to desktop pc.
