Simple, change operator. Last time I did they called to ask why and I clearly said what I didn't like from them; if we all do maybe they'll listen a bit more to what the consumers want.. :)

ye but im in a 2 year contract, although when I took out the contract i specificaly asked for music/video streaming and skype.

I will probably threaten to leave even at the cost of a bad credit rating... I just dont think it's fair to be sold an "unlimited" internet access to be told it's capped at 500/1000meg and then i cant use it for skype?!?!?1

Who the hell would buy a car to then be told i cant use it to carry my stuff and that only i can be in the car? apparently the eu have ruled that the internet become a human right, maybe now i can have my right to free speach back...

o2 are good for calls and texts, anything else in my oppinion, sucks from them.

Skype works fine on O2 for me and I thought it was part of the fruitphone offering too? You could always change to another VOIP supplier though too.

I use Skype with 02 with no problem. And I have unlimited internet.
