Is there an application using googles streetview
 

What I'm looking for is an application that can download street view photos between two given locations and then replay them as a "video". Of course I can use streetview, but going forward by doubleclicking just takes too much time if the distance is bit longer.

Is it possible to create such application or will it be too difficult (or against the terms of use of the Google) ?
