www.maemo.org *Unable to view all of the smilies when posting, unable to see the rating of a post when browsing* www.badijala.com - a local forum *This is a mess, literally,my e66 opens this page better* |

Including: document type does not allow element "tbody" here end tag for element "table" which is not open end tag for element "div" which is not open Without knowing how it is supposed to look, I know that such container errors are expected to lead to non-standard rendering of graphical layouts and can't really be expected to look the same on any two browsers. |
Re: n900...really an internet tablet?
oh come on, nothing is perfect, hell ive seen sites that safari doesnt display properly that ie does, and visa versa.
what do you want from a device that fits in your pocket? to be able to play crysis and offer perfect html formatting, than most desktops cant even do!! |

Re: n900...really an internet tablet?
So chrome is not a real browser cause some websites display strangely or not well?
This thread is ******ed and nothing but argumentative. And to correct you; The N900 has a store on its way, Navigation will be coming in the future via either Sygic OR Ovi and last but not least its not a Satio..... |

Re: n900...really an internet tablet?
better do your research before you go into something, my say n900 still has a lot to offer but only takes time at least still has the best web browsing experience similar but not more than that of the desktop of course.. lets just wait

Re: n900...really an internet tablet?
Common sense would tell anyone (who has it) that the term "internet tablet" implies some limitations when compared to a full computer. The browser on the N900 is amazing. Perfect? No. But over all way better than anything else I have seen.
Have you tried the Firefox browser on those sites? I would bet that one of those browsers will show it fine. But I bet you're the type to instantly complain instead of being rational and realistic. |
