Internal Error
 

I text more than anything and for the last week my N900 keeps closing my text messages inbox and giving me the message of "Internal error" This happened on and off before but it happened every day last week.

I restarted the phone but it still didn't change anything. I thought may be I had too many messages so I went and deleted them but even that didn't do anything. Is anyone else having this problem? If so what have you done to fix it? Please let me know =)

i only know this error message when your filesystem is corrupted.
so you could try to connect your phone in mass-storage mode to a windows pc - then right click on the phone icon and click on properties - there should be a tab where you can perform a filesystem check - with automatic failure fixing. (:

if this doesn't help... you maybe want to reflash the emmc and then your device like it's described here:

Thank-you so much for your help! I'll give that a try :) I called Nokia technical support and they told me to try resetting to factory settings and see if that helps. Otherwise call them again from another phone so I can trouble shoot it.
