N900 & time change/daylight savings issue
 

i seem to have a problem when i travel and when daylight savings time changes happen.


this also occured on 1 of my e90s before too.


when i travel between time zones and have the time automatically update to the network, it keeps me in the correct time zone on my handset.

however, it messes up ALL of my calendar events and they ALL have to be corrected on thier times and alarms.

it would one thing if the item started at 8pm and went until 11pm and was changed to 9pm until 12am, but it is changing them to 945, etc.

i cant understand why this is happening. the time change shouldnt effect anything else accept the time anyway. why is it changing the calendar items?

This isn't related to your issue but my phone corrected itself for daylight savings time but I don't have the "Update Automatically" checked. How did it know?

Because you told it what time zone you were in when you first got the phone.
