voip voicemail access?

Can anyone give me some advice please.

I set up my VOIP account on my N800 and it works great but I want to access my voicemail which needs a pin, I can't find any way to get a dial pad up on the screen while in a call.

Is there a way to do this?

While the call is active, tap menu -> Internet call -> DTMF dialing.
