xterm command to backup

Wanna set an alarmed task to backup my phone everyday at 5am so if it screws up I'm ok.

Whats the xterm command/application to do this?

No, I want to run the actual backup application from command line so that it backs up my contacts, messages, app etc.

Most of my suff is on memory card so that won't get lost.

Oh, I see, I dont know then. There is an activesync-backup-app in /usr/bin, however that doesn't sound right.
