.profile and maemo
Hi everyone!
I am trying to pur on the PATH variable of my N900 a new directory. Normally I do this on liinux by adding it with the usual shell instruction on the .profile file. But it does not seem to work for my N900. Any idea about how ai should do this? Thanks! |
Re: .profile and maemo
I've put it in /etc/profile and it works also as normal user.
I have "export PATH='/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/bin/gnu:/usr/local/bin'" there. (Maemo should have /etc/profile.d/, it is the LSB-way to have local and custom configurations host wide.) |
