Certain applications not downloading or updating. Says Application Packages missing "hildon"
 
How do I fix this?

For example "libhildon1" and "hildon-im-fkb"

I can't update "Simple Brightness Applet" and "ukeyboard" which are two applications that I didn't have a problem downloading or updating before.

You don't.

You're using extras-devel; expect to find broken packages from time to time.
Anyway, the reason why you can't update is because the autobuilder is using the PR 1.2 SDK which has newer components of the libraries that we have currently.

Why the decision to move to the PR 1.2 SDK was done now boggles me...
