Remote control car controller?
I was searching youtube and i saw this vid that there was an n900 controlling a remote control car by the accelerometer of n900.
Can some one tell me how ??? tnx |
Re: Remote control car controller?
You could do it for an IR controlled car, like I have for my helicopter:

Re: Remote control car controller?
Well, the n900 has a FM transmitter built in and most RC cars run on the FM frequencey... should be possible???

Re: Remote control car controller?
"FM" is an encoding, not a frequency. The transmitter is ~90-110Mhz range with FM modulation.
What frequency and modulation do RC cars work on? I'd bet money it's different, as in most countries if it was the same band you'd get interference, or need a license to use RC vehicles! |
Re: Remote control car controller?
on the video discription it said: an application written in qt

Re: Remote control car controller?
Got a link to the video? I didn't say it was impossible, I just explained several ways it could work.
Of course you could do it over FM, if you created a FM receiver circuit in the car, that's another way you could do it. |

Re: Remote control car controller?
Corrent it is FM modulation but unfortunatly the cars only run on 27-40mhz so im not sure it would work.
Thanks |
