How can I make the phone feature more accessible on every desktop??? Is there an app for that?

I like the N900 - but I still need a phone....

Just press the power button once and you will see a button labeled "Phone".

This lets you access the phone dialer from any desktop and even while inside any running application immediately.

Or, just add the shortcut of the phone application to the desktop. You can do this by going into the desktop edit mode and click on add shortcut. Select the phone app and the shortcut will be added to your shortcut.

Yeah, but this only adds the Phone shortcut to a single desktop, not all of them...

Yep.. but you can create the shortcut on all the desktops too. Follow the thread link below:

Thanks for the replies.... I will give it a shot... I actually switched back to my N95, to have a phone-phone again... So i will try this over the weekend....

As cddiede said. Try the power button. Probably the easiest option of the lot.

You dont even have to have the phone icon taking up desk top space.

As for swiching back to your old phone. Stick with the N900. Get up close and personal, you'll learn to love it.

You can also open the keyboard and start dialing a number or entering a person's name.
