nsu update stalled. How do I recover my N900
 

Yep I tried to use NSU to update my UK N900 and it went on all night still saying " finished in 3 mins". So I had to unplug.

I've trawled through the wiki and paid particulat attention to uberguru's excellent thread on PR1.1 - UK Instructions.

Its not working for me.

I've bought a battery charger to ensure I have a full battery.

When I put the full battery into the phone I get a white Nokia screen which then fades to grey. With the usb plugged in it seems to cycle through connect and disconnect with my XP pc.

Holding the "U" key down as I put the battery in does give me the usb symbol, top right and it stays there.

I've downloaded flasher and the UK update. when I run flasher with the update the command seems to be accepted on the PC but nothing happens, even left overnight.

Can anyone give some pointers .

Maybe USB dirver of computer doesn't discern N900 properly,try another computer.
