[Sandbox] Enter To Send SMS In Conversations
 

I think pressing enter as well as having the option to press send on the screen would make texting a lot easier. Taking away the need to go from the keyboard to the screen therefore increasing speed.

Not many people use enter to insert a new line anyway, even so this could still be implemented through ctrl-enter or something similar.

For the people who use enter for formatting, there could be a setting that allows customisation of the enter key.

What do you think?

I use the enter to format the text message as I want it to look. So I wouldn't what ENTER to send the SMS.

Anyway what is so hard as straigtening your thumb and pressing SEND?

gotta be careful of 'BTS'..... 'bum thumb syndrome' which can occur when you stretch the thumb ligaments by reaching to click the send button!

x2... the built in skype will send the message whemu hit enter... why not texts!?!? id i wanted to drop down a space i could hold shift and then hit enter... lets change this!!!

Ill put up a brainstorm proposal so we can vote on it

And it could be as easy as having the option to use enter to send or not. So everyone wins
