Like I cant dial *#411# and send it cause it says it's not a valid number

For the *# numbers:

USSD widget is your friend.

It's probably in the maemo extras-devel repositories.

For the app to block calls, use pycallblocker.

Actually i have a problem now. I have the USSD widget but when I try to add it to my desktop, nothing works or shows up

For the USSD, you might just want to wait for PR 1.2 to come out, since it'll support USSD codes then.
