enable "slide to unlock"
 

So ive come across the "slide to unlock" screen a few times in the midst of phone freakouts(rare)..

And i know that there are theme files for the design of the slider,
but how exactly do you enable/disable it?

when your phone is locked..press the power button once..and the slide to unlock screen will activate..u slide it and unlock...viola!!

Is there a way to activate that unlock screen by touching the display?

Pretty sure the resistive touch screen isn't active when the phone is locked, therefore no d-bus event to trigger code....
