N900 / Zimbra Syncing Question
 

I'm not sure if this is an N900 or Zimbra question - my N900 seems to happily sync with my Zimbra setup using the Mail for Exchange stuff.

The only issue is I have to de-select the 'secure connection' checkbox, otherwise I get this message:

"Error: Either Exchange server requires secure connection or account is disabled".

I think it might be related to this bug: https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6582 but I'm just wanting to check and see if anyone else has experienced this issue?

Sorry, I have no idea about your problem, I'm just another Zimbra user :)
Which version of Zimbra do you use?
I use free version of Zimbra and funambol SyncML server with it.
Sync is done with syncevolution (calendar & contacts).
MfE could be nice to use, but afaik that doesn't work with free version of Zimbra...

Sorry, should have said - using the commercial/paid version of Zimbra 5.x - so we have the Exchange connector stuff.

The sync for me is working perfectly (my N900 is brand new and has the latest software updates) - just I would prefer to do it via secure connection and not over port 80 if possible.
