I'd like eCoach to have step counter (accelometer) support also.
And if heartrate device is used, a way to calibrate step counter and heart rate together, so energy spent with each average step could be set individually to more correct value than to those get from person height, weight and length of the walking/running step.

defo would be cool to have a step counter via just the accelermeter

i also think a widget would be nice

good suggestions i love the app and these would be extra features worth implementing in my eyes what do other users think???

As far as having a widget for eCoach, I don't really see the need. If you're going to look at the device you might as well just look at the app since you're probably not web surfing/texting/diddling on the desktop while you're running.

I'd much rather have the ability to set a pace/distance and have some sort of feedback for when you hit your goal so you can leave the device in your pocket/case.
