Reflashed my N900 and it works. YAY!
However, I have a symbol of a Sim card next to the time with a red line thru it. I have took the Sim Card out and out it in, locked the Sim Card slot etc. Any ideas?
Also it says I has 74 MB of Dive memory and 146 MB of memory for Installation Applications. WTF ?

Did you reflash with the latest image?
You might have went one firmware backwards (downgrading), and the new modem firmware doesn't work with old firmware.

tried the latest UK, I had this on the phone before the meltdown. Will this work?

Sorry mate my net went out for abit glad u flashed it i cant help with that sim card error as i have never seen that before.

Sim Card ok. But memory for Device is 70.00 MB going down all the time
withapplication memory 135MB

I can now make and receive calls. but the memory that should be free is only about 62MB as opposed to GB!
